Procedures to Establish Residential Water Service

  1. Install Meter yoke fittings in accordance with Water Meter Installation Instructions. Water meter shall be provided by Phantom Hills Water Company, Inc. and may be obtained by calling 406-523-1600 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  2. Once you have completed the water service line installation and have set the meter, contact Phantom Hills Water Company, Inc. at 406-523-1600 to begin water service billing cycle. The contractor is responsible for water usage during construction.
  3. It is the owner’s responsibility to contact Phantom Hills Water Company, Inc. with respect to billing changes.
